Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Standard shipping within the United States takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at niemanjoe757@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
