Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vyndra purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items Items that are damaged through misuse or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
